Rashid has over 12 years of experience in electronics repair and technical support. He began his career working in a leading consumer electronics brand’s service department, gaining in-depth knowledge of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and gaming consoles. He holds certifications from Apple (ACiT), CompTIA A+, and Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. Rashid is known for his ability to diagnose even the most challenging issues, from advanced motherboard faults to complex software conflicts. His vision for Rashid’s Rapid Repairs is to deliver high-quality service with fast turnaround times and honest advice.

Adam Blake – Hardware Repair Engineer
Adam specialises in precision hardware repairs, from soldering micro-components on logic boards to replacing damaged screens and batteries. With 10 years of hands-on experience in electronics engineering, Adam has worked with major repair centres and trained extensively in advanced diagnostic techniques. He is a certified IPC Specialist for electronic assemblies and holds training in BGA rework, chip-level repair, and thermal management solutions. Adam’s meticulous approach ensures that every repaired device is restored to its best possible condition.
